Are you having an odd issue or just problems with connecting in general? It is possible to send a technical ticket to our technical support department. They might be able to recognize the error and send you a solution via the mail. You can do this by going into your settings (the gear) and click on the tab FAQ/Support. There’s a button to send a technical ticket on the bottom.
