How do I make a screenshot on a iPad or iPhone?

Sometimes our support department asks you to send a screenshot of something.
If you do not have experience with this, you can do this very simply and quickly by following the steps below!

1. Hold down the Power button (press/release button) and press the  Home button at the same time
2. The screen will flash for a bit and then the image will be added to your photos
3. Find the image on a send it to us via email
