Refunds via iTunes

If you have paid for your subscription via iTunes you can also get back the costs via iTunes. We can not fully manage the subscriptions that run via iTunes, we do not get the possibility to make refunds, those are being managed by iTunes itself. You can request a refund via iTunes by following the steps below.

  • Open the following website in a webbrowser: reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Log in with your Apple ID (the one which the purchase was made with)
  • In the list of purchases, look for the depreciation of GOOSE VPN that needs to be refunded
  • Click or tap the ‘Report’ button
