How do I cancel my subscription?
You can send an email to our support team 24x7x365 to pass on your wishes and expectations. We might be able to help and ensure that GOOSE VPN meets your expectations. It is unfortunate if you no longer want to make use of GOOSE VPN, but not a problem. You can cancel your subscription easily and without a period of notice.
- Log in on https://portal.goosevpn.com/clientarea.php
- Select “My Profile”
- Choose “Cancel subscription”
- Enter your reason for cancelling (optional) so that we can improve our service
- Choose to cancel GOOSE VPN directly or after term
