How do I make a screenshot on a iPad or iPhone?
Sometimes our support department asks you to send a screenshot of something.
If you do not have experience with this, you can do this very simply and quickly by following the steps below!
- Hold down the Power button (press/release button) and press the Home button at the same time
- The screen will flash for a bit and then the image will be added to your photos
- Find the image on a send it to us via email
