How do I make a screenshot on Android?
Sometimes our support department will ask you to send a screenshot of a message, notification or how the application looks. A screenshot might provide information that text can not.
If you do not have experience with this, you can do this very simply and quickly by following the steps below!
- Hold down the Power button (press/release button) and press the Home Button at the same time
- The screen will flash for a bit and then the image will be added to your photos
- Find the image on your device and send it to us via email
